If you cannot make a deposit, there are several possible reasons:
- You have insufficient credit: reload your credit card or prepaid card and try again
- You have made an error in your payment information (card number, date of expiry...): check the details and try again
- You have reached your deposit limit
- You have activated a time-out on our website: you have to wait until the end of the selected period (1, 7 or 15 days) before making a new deposit
The deposit did not go through but the amount has been debited from your bank account? Send proof of debit along with the date and time of your transaction to our customer service team.
