On LuckyGames, go to the HELP CENTER menu located at the top right of the screen, then select Submit a request at the top of the page.
You will then be redirected to our contact form. If you are logged in, simply select the subject from the dropdown list and write your question to us. If you are not logged in, you will need to fill in all the fields manually.
All that remains is to click SEND. Our customer service will do their best to get back to you quickly.
