Processing time
The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 2 business days.
Additional checks may exceptionally extend this time frame.
Receiving the money
Once your withdrawal is approved, the amount is sent within 1 to 3 business days to your bank account.
The receipt time depends on your banking institution.
Withdrawal pending
As long as your request is being processed, it appears as "pending".
In this situation, you can still cancel your withdrawal from your account → section "History" > "Withdrawals"
