Processing time
Two types of withdrawals are available:
Standard withdrawal:
available for amounts between 10 € and €25,000,
processed within up to 2 business daysFast withdrawal:
available for amounts between €50 and €1000,
processed within up to 24 hours
Additional checks may exceptionally extend this timeframe.
Receiving the money
Once your withdrawal has been approved, the amount is sent within 1 to 3 business days to your bank account if it is a standard withdrawal and immediately in the case of a fast withdrawal.
The time it takes to receive the money depends on your bank.
Pending withdrawal
As long as your request is being processed, it appears as "pending".
In this situation, you can still cancel your withdrawal from your account → "History" > "Withdrawals"
