If you are trying to make a deposit but your transaction is declined by HiPay or you encounter an issue with the HiPay payment page, several reasons are possible:
• Your balance is insufficient: reload your card and try again
• You made an error in your information (card number, expiration date, etc.): verify your details and try again
• You have reached your usage limit: try again later
• A technical problem occurred at the bank level: try again later
