If you try to make a deposit but your transaction is refused by HiPay or you experience a problem with the HiPay payment page, there are several possible reasons:
- You have insufficient credit: recharge your card and try again
- You have made an error in your payment information (card number, date of expiry, etc.): check the details and try again
- You have reached your overall limit: try again later
- A technical problem has occurred at the bank: try again later
If the problem still persists, contact HiPay by phone on 02/888.89.40 (Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm) or send an email to email@example.com.
Don’t forget that you can also make a deposit by credit card via Bancontact or via a prepaid paysafecard.
